1.WBS每年都是秋季开放对下一年的入学申请
2.WBS每年申请截止日期也是不固定的，额满为止，基本到下一年的年初就满额了。尤其是热门专业。
3.基本入学条件：211大学背景，雅思7，GPA3.0以上
