1、实习安排：读本科和硕士商科课程的学生，都有机会参加实习。
对于参加高级领导力项目(Advanced Leadership Program)的学生 ,学校保证安排实习；没有参加高级领导力项目的学生同样有机会参加实习。（据2012年数据显示，实习岗位多于实习申请）
2、弗林德斯投资俱乐部：
南澳地区唯一此类金融投资俱乐部，会员参与俱乐部资金管理获得实际投资经验。
3、因材施教-高级领导力项目
成绩优秀的学生可以选择高级领导力项目（均分85%及以上）；保证安排实习；一对一辅导
