- 利兹大学（The University of Leeds），位于英国第二大金融城市利兹市市中心，是英国规模最大的大学之一，始建于1831年，世界百强名校，与曼彻斯特大学等大学并称为英国“红砖大学”，英国常春藤名校联盟“罗素大学集团”的创始成员，与宾夕法尼亚州立大学等同为世界大学联盟（The Worldwide Universites network)成员，利兹大学与同样位于约克地区的约克大学、雪菲尔大学共同组成“白玫瑰大学联盟”，共同合作在高科技领域的研发工作，联盟整体的研究经费与规模可与牛津大学、剑桥大学相互辉映。
